How can I place an order?
There are a few ways to place an order, depending on what's most convenient for you.
1) Place an order directly through our website. We offer same-day delivery for website orders and support multiple payment options including debit/credit card, Cash and more. You may choose delivery or to pick it up in one of our stores.
2) Send us a message on Viper or Whatsapp at +639178772999 and we will be more than happy to assist you with any questions and placing of an order.
3) Visit any one of our stores and directly purchase.
Do you offer customization?
Yes! You may add customized wording on any of our cakes. Beyond that you may opt for a fully customized 3D cake. Kindly reach out with any customization requests and we will be more than happy to assist.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery with Lalamove. You may choose your own delivery timing based on your convenience.
Can I make a reservation?
Yes of course. Kindly call any of our branches or message us and we will make a reservation for you.
Can you accommodate any requests for events?
Absolutely! We love creating personalized cakes and dessert trays for your special occasions. Contact us to discuss your ideas, and we’ll make it happen! Whether it's a family gathering, corporate event or a wedding we will tailor the experience to suit your needs exactly.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Same-Day & Next-Day Orders: Once placed, same-day and next-day orders cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure that every order meets our high standards. However, if you encounter an issue, please review the following conditions:
Eligible for a Refund or Replacement:
- You received the wrong item or an incorrect order.
- The product was damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 2 hours of receipt).
- The product does not meet the described quality or freshness standards.
To process a refund or replacement, please provide:
✔ A clear photo of the product and packaging.
✔ A receipt or proof of purchase.
✔ A report within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Not Eligible for Refunds:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
- Incorrect orders due to customer input errors (e.g., wrong address, incorrect date selection).
- Late pickup or non-collection of orders.
- Orders not stored properly after delivery or pickup, leading to spoilage.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
3. Order Modifications
- Any modifications (flavor, design, size, pickup/delivery time) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Custom cakes require 72 hours' notice for changes.
- We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes, depending on availability and production schedules.
4. Delivery Issues
Dylan Patisserie is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Unattended delivery locations or no recipient available.
- Third-party delivery services experiencing delays.
In case of a delivery issue, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.
